These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Biolinkify, the operator of RankClips ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Service
RankClips is a web-based video creation platform that enables users to create ranking-style vertical short videos. The Service includes video editing tools, templates, overlays, and export capabilities optimized for social media platforms.
3. Account Responsibilities
When you create an account with RankClips, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Not share your account with others or transfer it without permission
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use RankClips to:
- Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Produce illegal, harmful, threatening, or discriminatory content
- Upload malware or attempt to compromise our systems
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use automated systems to access the Service in violation of these terms
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
5. Subscriptions & Payments
5.1 Subscription Plans
RankClips offers both subscription-based plans (billed monthly or annually) and one-time payment options for lifetime access. Plan features and pricing are displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
5.2 Payment Processing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.
5.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

7. Content Ownership
7.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all videos and content you create using RankClips. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
7.2 Our Content
RankClips templates, stock assets included in the Service, interface designs, and branding remain our property. You receive a license to use these materials within videos created through our platform but may not redistribute them separately.
7.3 Exported Videos
Videos you export from RankClips are yours to use for any lawful purpose, including commercial use on social media platforms. Free plan exports may include a watermark as specified in the plan details.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to RankClips if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or our business. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankClips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
